Our Bawana Standards
At Glaure'lle, quality is not an outsourced check—it is built into every step. Our manufacturing showroom and manufacturing unit are located at B-66, GF & FF Sector-2, Bawana Industrial Area (Delhi-110039). Every product is formulated and manufactured in-house under strict cosmetic hygiene protocols.
We operate Class 10,000 clean rooms, featuring positive air pressure and HEPA filters to eliminate floating particles. Our staff undergo medical clearance and follow strict sterilization protocols prior to entering the blending halls.
We are proud to run a zero-discharge facility, recycling 100% of our water and organic waste.

Our Production Stages
Botanical Sorting & Washing
Raw flowers, seeds, and roots arrive from partner farms. We run cold-wash sanitization to remove residue while preserving delicate enzymes.
Temperature-Controlled Extraction
Using low-heat steam distillation and cold-press extraction, we isolate essential nutrients without thermal degradation.
Formulation Blending
In sterilized stainless-steel vessels, extracts are blended with organic emulsifiers and hydrators, maintaining strict pH controls.
Sealed Automated Bottling
Products are pumped into sanitized jars and bottles using nitrogen-flush technology to exclude oxygen and extend shelf life naturally.
